Hello,
I am new in bv commerce development so may be you find my questions dump !!! but please help me in it.
I -
Error 3 It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.
this error may be due to two web.config files but removing one would give other errors.
II -
I can find uc2:EstimateShipping on cart.aspx but can not get shipping rate button in it.

The first error sounds like you have an IIS 7 web.config file but may be running on IIS 6.

Both the errors are solved for first it was due to two web.config files
Well I want to know how to integrate Avalara to calculate taxes.
