Packaging slip logo not displaying (just path to the image)

packaging slip issue where the site logo isn't dispalying but showing the URL to the link (I have checked the link and it's working ie. the image is present)
in bvadmin I have gone into the content tab and selected the print template option and made sure this variable [[Site.SiteLogo]] was present and saved the changes.
But when the changes were tested it just prints out the URL.
How can I fix this so the logo displays correctly?

If it's just printing out the URL to the logo, can you wrap it with some HTML? I.e. <img src="[[Site.SiteLogo]]" alt="Company Logo"/> |
