Order has already been placed or no cart exists

In BV Commerce Toolkit 5.7.3 I had a customer try to place an order using PayPal and got the following error.
We got the "order has already been placed, or no cart exists" message after authorizing the PayPal payment from our account and placing the order. Nothing shows up in the BV system.
I ran though it on another PC and it was OK. Anyone have this issue? |

We believe this issue is from the user not configuring their PayPal account correctly. Instead of clicking on the PayPal button on the cart.aspx page. They clicked check out, filled out the form and then used their PayPal account. Transaction went through no problems.
Is there a way to not show the PayPal button on the Cart.aspx page? In the code I tried Visible = false on the control but that didn't work. |
