Patch for OrderExport 2004.6 to support latest QB2005 update Unzip the exe into the C:\Program Files\BV Software\BVC OrderExport 2004.6 folder to install. This file should replace the existing .exe file. File Attachment(s):  BVC_OrderExport_2004.6_Patch1.zip (277kb) downloaded 326 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

I downloaded the patch and OrderExport is still giving me errors and won't import anything into my quickbooks file. I upgraded from QB2002 to QB2005 and I installed OrderExport and the patch. When I run OrderExport I get xml errors and when I bypass those orders it only imports a couple invoices and errors out on the rest. Is there a way to trouble-shoot this program? [email protected]

What does the initial error say? Perhaps take a screen shot.
Also, in the directory where you installed BV Order Export, you should have a file named "BVLog.txt". This should also contain information about the events that transpired. |
