Migration Tool - Roles - text/html vs text/xml

I am trying to update my migration. Using tool 5.0.0.26 , when it gets to Importing Roles it reports "Client found response content type of 'text/html'; charset=utf-8' but expected 'text/xml'. The query failed with an empty response.
