I am getting the following error in the export log with only some of my orders. ERROR: There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Item "910000-1181862485" in the SalesReceipt line. QuickBooks error message: You cannot use the same tax item in both the line items and the txn tax. I am using sales tax on orders, some orders have been able to export but some get this error and will not export. I have set all store items up the same way! Any suggestions? We've seen this from a couple of people and are looking into a solution. In the meantime a workaround is to go to your options screen in OrderExport and change the name of the tax item to something else. For example, change "BV Tax" to "BV sales Tax" and the error should go away.
