BV Commerce 5 Migration Tool - version 5.0.0.26 Not populating bvc_ProductPropertyValue table

When migrating from 2004 to BVC5 it seems the migration tool imports the product type and type properties but doesn't populate the correct table to display the information. If you bring up a product in admin it will display the type property information but it will not display the information when viewing the product until the product is saved via the admin tool.
