When performing an export to QB, the progam asks if I want to import credit card information -- yet it never is imported. so my questions are:


1. is it broken?

2. would it not be smart to do this anyway?



I have many customers often just drop me an email or phone message saying, "please repeat my last order, use the same credit card." customers are assuming we have it.

You need to make sure that the Order Export program has been granted permission in QuickBooks. The very first time that the software connects to send credit card information Quickbooks should prompt you to allow access to payment information. Also, you need to make sure that credit card tracking is enabled in QuickBooks.
