The fact that our import tool is not working is costing me a lot of extra time and money. If we do not get this working soon, we are looking at hiring a temp to type orders into our accounting system. The extra work is causing us to get behind.


Is there anyone out there that can fix this or knows of another way to get this resolved?

We are using Quick Books Pro 2007. Seems to work pretty good for us.

We have had problems with the connector not downloading correctly for over a year. My book keeper is totally ****** at me. He upgraded to QB2008 enterprise a few weeks ago, now it will not download at all.

I hurriedly put the latest version of the BV5 store software (new install) together and imported the orders, and then upgraded the connector to the latest version, but still cannot download orders.

It seems that very few people are even using this software... if we are not able to get this issue resolved, we will be forced to use a different product, as the costs for manually typing the orders is too much.
