BVC5 Import/Migration Tool Error - Login fialed for user '(null)'.

Hello,
Got both the old and new website connected and up. All is on the same server with the exception of the BVC5 DB, it is hosted on a local SQL2005 Standard in the same rack. Am getting the following error:
Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.
Thank You Ahead of Time for your help.

A little more info, the error described above was with the new Import tool that requires .NET 3.5!
I went ahead and tried the older version and it worked fine, not sure what was happening for the new import tool, probably something with connecting to the other machine.
