Installing: Does anything need to be done with web server?

Is the installation/setup process for ver. 3.4 documented anywhere? (I haven't been able to find it, and so if it doesn't exist, was hoping that this posting could give an overivew of the installation/setup process for others)
Besides downloading connectorforquickbooks.zip, unzipping its files, and then running setup.exe (all on the local machine, not the web server), is anything else needed to be done?
Part of the reason I ask, is that other postings have said to use the old ver. 2.0 manual. That manual discusses copying the contents of a copytoweb.zip file to the web server.
After looking through the files that 3.4's setup.exe program installs locally, I don't *think* anything needs to be uploaded to the web server, but am not sure. Can somebody confirm this?

You do not need to install anything on the web server for QuickBooks Connector. BV Commerce 5 already has the web services for the connector included.
