I get the following errors and warnings when I install and build the project as directed int the online documentation:

For the first 4 either move a copy of the components folder to the location it looking in or redo the references for each dll.
Next exclude app.config from the core project.
Check you references for the Core. Most likely missing the one for PayPalWebServices (fix if so)
