How can BVC5 be configured to use third party gift certificates? I use giveanything.com.

I process CC off line. On one cart I asked the customer to use the solo CC ( I don't accept this, just needed the fields). On another cart, I added the necessary fields, including the amount of the certificate, during a checkout step.

I would like to know if anyone else has integrated this. The best integration would allow the scenario where the gift certificate amount is less than the sale and the remainder could be added to an existing payment method. Maybe something can be added to the store gift certificate configuration to also allow for third party gift certificates to be entered in the same place in the cart.
