Dashboard orders grid - list by name instead of email?

Is there a way to show the customer's name instead of their email on the dashboard? When a customer calls with a question... it'd be a bit more personable to be able to see the order without asking for any more info than a name. They may not know their order number, and asking for an email isn't exactly friendly. Is there any way to add more info to this grid? Hey Mitch.
The data displayed in the Order Activity content block is pulled from the order table. The order table does not contain the users first and last name, though you could write some code to look up the user account for each record.
Anything from the order table would be extremely easy to add in… |
