Does anyone have code that will allow the Constant Contact script to execute? Help. How about a conversion to ASP.NET from the HTML form? Shouldn't I be able to pass these variables to the JSP without the use of an HTML form? Here is the script ... Code:
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><!-- BEGIN: Constant Contact Stylish Email Newsletter Form -->
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><div align="center"> <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><div style="width:160; background-color: #ffffff;">
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><form name="ccoptin" action="[url=http://visitor.constantcontact.com/d.jsp][u]http://visitor.constantcontact.com/d.jsp[/u][/url]" target="_blank" method="post" style="margin-bottom:3;">
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><font style="font-weight: bold; font-family:'Trebuchet MS',Verdana,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:16px; color:#993366;">Join Now!</font>
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><input type="text" name="ea" size="20" value="" style="font-family:Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10px; border:1px solid #999999;">
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><input type="submit" name="go" value="GO" class="submit" style="font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10px;">
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><input type="hidden" name="m" value="XXX">
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><input type="hidden" name="p" value="oi">
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"></form>
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"></div>
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"></div>
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'"><!-- END: Constant Contact Stylish Email Newsletter Form --></TEXTAREA> <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Tim, I think there are easier ways than fangling with that. We have done integration with BVC2004 [as well as other carts] to Constant Contact. We can do similar for BVC5. Email me for details. Scott Mech [email protected]

I got it work by "converting" to .net and doing a redirect. Now it's just a matter of incorporating it into the site. Works on its own though... :) |

Our approach is direct integration into the Constant Contact API. When a user logs into their account and selects unsubscribe/subscribe, Constant Contact is called and updated as well. Scott Mech [email protected]
