Has anyone added the state code/dropdown to the Shipping Estimator? Without a state, FedEx Express will not return rates -- you get those options at checkout but not before. |

Hey Joe, if a user is logged in (assuming they have an address in their address book) and try the estimator, will it return fedex rates? |

Only FedEx Ground is returned -- and it doesn't matter if you are logged in or not, you still have to enter the zip in the Estimator -- but without a state code, Express won't return rates. |

This has come up in the forum. To force the state list to be visible, edit EstimateShipping.aspx.vb and change
State.Visible = Me.RegionIsRequired
to
State.Visible = True |

Thanks Andy -- but I'm afraid that doesn't do anything -- it does not add a drop down for the state. |
