I am trying to add some new policy pages but i dont know what is there url and how i can set URLs

Admin Menu -->Content-->Custom Pages -- you can create any number of new ones and create a custom URL from within that page. |

Actully i want to add a page in in Admin Menu -->Content-->Policies and then want to add a link of that page in Admin Menu -->Content-->Columns-->Product Service page. But now i have created a page in Policies but i couldn't find its link. I dont know about its proper URL to brows that page. Could some one plz help me in this regrad.
