I am a bit confused by the shipping options. When I place an order as a customer, even though I have setup FedEx as a shpping option, the only option that appears under sihpping on the checkout screen is:


$0.00 - To Be Determined. Contact Store for Details



I need for my customers to be able to select a shipping method.

Did you fill out your store information (address, etc)? its under Content > Store info

Yes I did fill out all of my Store Info, no change. Attached are the Screen Shots.

Did you use a PO box for your store address or a physical address?

can you try it on another computer. After i filled out my store info in the admin and did a site refresh i had the same problem. I tried from a different computer and everything was fine. turned out to be my cache on my computer.

just something to try ;)

Hello Rob.

Is this computer out on the net? If so, create a ticket on our support page. Make sure you include the URL and admin log-in information.

Also make sure the product has either a weight or dimension assigned. That could be another reason the rates are not returning.

Did anyone find anything out about this. I am having the same problem. Could it possibly have something to do with the fact that my store is located in Canada? In BV4, it worked fine for FEDEX Express, but never did work for FEDEX Ground.

Do you have also 4 digit post codes and not 5? I had a problem with that.
If your post codes are only 4 digits, do a search in files for "< 5" (without the quotes) and see where it's used for postcodes and change it to "< 4".

In Canada we have 6 digit postal code, numbers and letters using the format A1A1A1

Will see what I can find.
