In our existing BV2004 store, we cancel orders if a customer changes their mind before we ship. Our bookkeeper wanted us to cancel them instead of delete them... something to do with downloading the orders into the accounting system. I think he just likes to account for missing(cancelled) invoice numbers... but not sure.
I have been looking at BV5, and I am not able to see how to cancel an order. I see the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page when you are editing an order, but I have yet to find a way to "Cancel" an order.
Am I missing this?

Well, I really thought this was an answer I could get here in the forum. So I guess it was considered a dumb question.
Anyway, I never found a way to cancel an order. I guess the bookkeeper will have to live without it.
