I am currently redoing my site with BVC5, and I'm running into an issue.
I have sub-categories within a main category. The only thing the main categories contain are the sub-categories.
If the main category is displayed as a grid, then that main category is blank. I can only access the sub-categories from the 'peer' list on the left hand side.
If I change the display template for that to 'sub-category menu 1' or 'sub-category menu 2' then it shows them, but the column on the left hand side disappears.
I'd like them both to be there.
Any thoughts? |

Because of the way that BVC5 makes it easy to use different modules for your categories, if one of the existing category modules doesn't work for you, the alternative is to create your own, or have a custom one built for you. It should be straightforward enough, just use the current modules as reference. |
