Has been brought up before, but the contact page states "Please fill out the form below in it’s entirety", yet there is no default contact form there. |

Did you ever get any information on this? I'm running into the same problem. Were you able to customize the form?

Michelle, I don't remember where I got this (on 5/18/07)... likely Everette, but It's running on my SP2 site just fine. Give it a shot. Save your original. You posted this in the pre-SP2 area so if it's an SP2 mod and you're SP1, it may not run right....
