Currently you can't recall your password using an email address, just a username. It would be nice to have both, as well as a forgotten username feature if you type in the username incorrectly. |

Just want to bump this one up (maybe for the upcoming SP2)
I just tried to log back into a BVC5 store after a couple weeks and couldn't remember what i made the user name so I couldn't get my password. |
