Under Workflows > Process New Order, move the second "Update Order" to the very last step. It should appear under "Mark Completed When Order is Shipped and Paid". By doing so, the order will come in as Paid, Shipped and Completed. Not moving it will display the order as Paid, Shipped and Incomplete (requiring you to manually change the status). |
