The SubTotal in the email/print template of an order that had some codes applied to it was $54.95, while the actuall subtotal I see for the order and was billed to the customer was $52.20 (5% off). How can I get this discounted value to be displayed in the print/email templates?
Thanks,
Corneliu. |

Any news on this one guys? I noticed another issue, when I print invoices the product price and the total don't contain the discout applied if the user used a specific promotional code. Another request related to this: Can I "plugin" my own tags to be used during formatting? E.g.: "[[Order.GiftCertificateValues]]". An clean and easy implementation for you would be to provide a global event that you call after you created all the template tags with the collection of tags and the object you are processing (eg: product, order). This would allow me to subscribe to that event and add/change the existing tags just before the processing is done :)

In SP1 we added an Order.SubtotalMinusDiscouts tag. This will allow you to display a subtotal including the discounts instead of displaying them on separate lines. Also, please note that SubtotalMinusDiscouts is spelled wrong, we left out the "n". We will not fix this in the future since it will break anyone who has decided to use this tag. We may add a second tag spelled correctly though. |
