Attention to administrator / owner of BVGear.com,


Based on the excellent list of features on the Froogle product feed, I placed an order on 6th of Dec (order number 16144) and then another one for the same domain on 10th of Dec (order number 16153). Until today, both order are still in "In process" status" under my Order History list.



I have also sent 1 email (thru the contact us form on your website) and left 1 voice message (doing whois on your domain name) but no one responded yet.



I believe there is a problem receiving order notification on your end. IF this is true, could you please help to fufill one of my orders? They are both for the same domain name and I only need one to be fufilled. Please do not charge me twice.



I am sorry that I have to come here and cry for help but it seems to be the only way to get Mr. Al Bsharah.







Thank you very much for your help and hope to be able to use this excellent tool shortly.

Since someone else posted here I'd like to second the first post. I placed an order on 11/25 and send 3-4 e-mails via the contact us page with no response.

Hi Joe, I am in the same position that you are, no response from Al Bashara. If you get lucky enough to hear from him or have his phone number, any help would be greatly appreciated. Great Product but no Customer Support. Is there anyone else that has this product? Thank You! Lynn Garnto

I've worked with Al many times and I have emailed him as well. I haven't heard anything back from him in a couple of days.

This is out of the ordinary for him so I'm sure there is a plausible reason.

Sorry folks, I've had some very substantial personal issues I've been dealing with for the past two months which has taken up 150% of my time. Because of this, everything has been put on hold and I am way (way) behind on things...to the point where I have considered temporarily shutting down the business until I get get things back in order. I'm not making excuses, I take full responsibility for the business and it's current position. I'm just filling in some blanks.

Regardless, no credit cards have been charged (only pre-authorized). I will do my best to get the existing orders filled as soon as humanly possible. If you would like to cancel any orders, please let me know and I will not fulfill them. Otherwise, I appreciate your extended patience and understanding...and offer my deepest apologize for the delays. This is obviously not my standard operating procedure.

Matt, thanks for pointing this thread out to me.

Al Bsharah, yes, I fully understand that things happen and I hope everything is okay now or will be smooth out very soon.

Al Bsharah: May I know if you could help to process one of my orders? There are two orders marked as "In process" as of today and I only needed one to be fufilled.

My order numbers are: 16144 and 16153

Guys, my order was fufilled about 2 hrs ago, installed the Froogle add-on in less than 15 mins (while watching movies) and uploaded my first google feed to Froogle already.

Al: Thanks very much for your help. May I know about your product road map for getting this nice tool to work with BV5? Thanks.
