Just a small bug report + feature request regardig CrossSell (same might apply to UpSell)

1. Bug: CrossSell products are not shown in the order they are configured.

Fix: Modify [bvc_Product_ByCrossSellId_s] and add "ORDER BY pc.[Order]" at the end.

2. Feature request: Add "AND pc.CrossSellBvin <> @bvin" in the where clause of the above specified SP.

The idea is that if by mistake I add the to cross sell the active product it will not appear to the user. It happend to me several times to add Product A as cross sell to Product A :)

3. Feature request:

Automatically add with cross sells the reverse relations as well.

E.g.: If Product B is set as cross sell to Product A, Product A should be automatically added as Cross Sell to Product B.
