I have a non shipping (box checked) and non taxable (box checked) product. I do not have any handling fees associated with the product.
I also have 3 shared choices named Group (Select set to null default and 0 inventory with A and B carrying inventory).
I have the site price set at $179.
Product displays in the category and on the product page as $179 until the customer selects a group A or B. Then it bounces to $189. It's kind of the electronic equivalent of short changing the customer.
Here is what I suspect happened. When I created the product I may have cloned it from one of the same type I had priced at $189. Then I went in and changed the price to $179 on product edit.
Nick still has admin access to our site if you want to check it out. Product Sku is Liv07.

When you have shared choices on a product, the choices then define the price. The price that you see when the page loads is the price on the base product. I'm assuming that when you are changing one of the drop downs that it is selecting the price for the combination. Go into edit the product and click on "choice combination edit." From this screen you can edit the prices for each choice combination. |
