This pertains to the email field with a user who isn't logged in during checkout.


Ok, the validator works thanks to the recent service pack. However, the email addy is NOT recorded anywhere on the order. And the customer isn't getting sent any receipt sent to them.



My temporary fix has been to force login using the "start checkout" workflow. But I would love to have users be able to checkout without creating an account.



BTW, on the new single page checkout, the email DOES get recorded.

Seeing the same issue here, and forced login isn't an option. Is there a quick fix for this in the meantime? This one's pretty urgent, thanks.
