Hi,
I'd like to have different country lists for "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses.

I'm located and Australia and only deliver to Australia and New Zealand. If the customer enters only one address (ShipTo) I want to present only these two countries.

However if they enter a Bill To address as well I'd like to allow them to enter whatever country they want.

The reason for this is that I get lots of overseas orders as gifts to addresses in Australia so I need the Bill To to accept any address.
