I am creating Categories and Subs in BV5 with the following error.
The Categories and subs do not show up on the Admin Screen after adding them, however if I go to my store they are there, and they are in the database.
Any Suggestions?

Have you tried installing Hot Fix SP1.C?

Actually we just downloaded the entire software package last week to start from scratch after our last install didn't work with the patches applied.
We were told that the download always contains the latest patches.
