Repro:
1. Create a Shipping offer of 100% off if order > $150

2. Add some products to a cart to have a value > $150

3. Go to the Checkout page.

3.1. The page correctly shows "$9.00 - $0.00 - Method Name" ($9.00 is strike out as it's discounted)

3.2. Shipping in Summary section on the pages shows "0.00" (correct)

4. Disable the Shipping Offer

5. Go back to the Cart Page, and Click on Checkout again.

5.1. The page incorrectly shows "$9.00 - $0.00 - Method Name" ($9.00 is strike out like it would be discounted)


5.2. Shipping in Summary section on the pages shows "9.00" (correct) but different than the $0.00 shown above.

(I'm using The one page checkout page).

PS>> While on this, the .shippingdiscount CSS class used to strikeout the $9.00 is NOT defined in any of the themes except the BV5 theme. All the other themes will not get the strikeout and will display something like: "$9.00 - $0.00 - Method Name" and that looks very strange.
