When I open my BVsoftware instance via FTP I get loads of errors mentioning missing references as well as the following

Error 1 It is an error to use a section registered as

allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.[/2]


When attempting first compile via FTP on remote host server I get a series of errors such as the following
