When I clone a product, it gives the options of cloning product choices, etc. However it does not give an option nor clone the categories. Bug or was it intended never to clone the categories.

We are going to hopefully have category placement cloning in SP2. It is on the list and we hope to have time to implement it. It was not a bug, since the code to do this was never written, but it was an oversight on our part. |

its not a big deal... i was just working with my BV 2004.7 store and BVC5 store at the same time and cloned products on both at the same time and noticed the difference. If not in SP2, maybe sometime after ;)
