I have seen some reports of the BV HTML email order confirmations displaying as plain text for many users. Has anyone else seen this issue? Any ideas on resolution other than sending plain text? Thanks. |

you won't be able to override the end user's email client settings if that's what you mean.
our company policy is to display all emails as text by default. |
