BUG: Multiple shipping methods and multiple shipping offers do not work as expected

Hi guys,
Here is another bug report that might be related to others I have reported.
Setup:
Shipping methods:
By Weight: Method1 - $14
By Weight: Method2 - $30
Offers (order is important):
Shipping: Discount by 100% for Method1 with Promotional Code: CODE1
Shipping: Discount by 100% for Method1 with Promotional Code: CODE2 (both codes apply to Method1)
Create an order, goto card, add CODE1, Checkout:
In Shipping section you see:
$14 - Method1 <-- wrong!
$30 - Method2
In Summary:
Shipping: $0 <-- right
Create an order, goto card, add CODE2, Checkout:
In Shipping section you see:
$14 - $0.00 Method1 <-- right
$30 - Method2
In Summary:
Shipping: $0 <-- right
It looks like the radio buttons do not get updated as expected, however the shipping information at the bottom is correct.

Ah .. and I just realized:
In the scenario where the shipping is wrongly calcualted (case 1 above) the discount does not get applied when the order is placed.
A fix for this would be very very welcome.

I've got shipping problems too, nothing like your's. They seem to be program-wide affecting each scenario I came up with. I spent time with Nick a week ago, they're working on them. I'm just starting to build products/shipping plans, but it's tough when you can't test as you go. |

I don't think the problem is in the shipping. I think it is in the offers. Well, there might be one in shipping too, but I'm having trouble with the offers.
