There are several 'What's this' links on the CheckoutStep2 page, and in the OrderPayments.aspx and NewOrders.aspx in the admin that point to an info page, CVV.aspx but there is no such page either in the root or in bvadmin/orders/CVV.aspx.

I also have a question about the CVV value. Is it supposed to be stored in the database? While working with Andy Miller's workflow on removing the credit card number after authorization (http://www.bvsoftware.com/Forums/default.aspx?f=79&m=44306) I noticed that there is a CVV textbox in both the ReceivePayments.aspx and the NewOrders.aspx but the in a current order the CVV field was empty. When I looked at the bvc_orderpayment table I expected to see a creditcardcvv field but there isn't one. Is this value supposed to be stored in the database or is it just passed to the payment processor and discarded? If it isn't kept why is there a textbox for it? Also, if it isn't kept, how do you put through subsequent charges to the payment processor if you don't have the CVV?

We are unable to store the CVV code, this would be a violation of VISA and Mastercards TOS. Some payment processors allow you to make charges without a CVV code, this would be the only way to make a subsequent charge without contacting the customer.

Justin, I understand. What about the missing CVV.aspx page?

The CVV.aspx page is in the folders with the checkouts, we will look to see what we can do about it missing in the admin.
