Product Image showing small on on Product Page.

I am not sure if this is just me, but when I view one of my Product Pages the image that shows is not the Medium size, it's the small 100x100. If I right click on the image on the prodct page it is using the image I have uploaded for my medium one, however it is over-riding it's size to 100x100 instead of 200x200.
Under options -> images I have my small images set to 100x100 and medium to 200x200. The medium product picture I uploadrd is exactly 200x200. I am using the BVC 2004 Layout for the product.
If I change my medium image size in the options ->images section of the admin to 200x200 it works fine, but then all my small images on my category page blow up to 200x200 as expected.
It seems like there is an incorrect style being used or something that is supposed to be referencing the medium image is actually grabbing the style or attributes for the small image.

Just drop this file into your App_Code folder under the root of your site and overwrite the current one. You are going to want to make a copy of your current file in case there is any unforeseen issues. This worked... How am I supposed to know about these changes? Am I behind on a service pack or something? Thanks
