I have had to reinstall IIS on my development server and have reinstalled BV5, but get the following error when trying to create a new store.
When it is attempting to set the defaulst I geet the following error:
Invalid object Name: dbo.bvc_WebAppSetting
Even thought the Site manager says it completed creating the database, when I look at the SQL server I see no user tables.

Never mind. Figured this one out. www folder was missing in the install folder.

One more thing, Whenever I delete this test site that I am trying to troubleshoot through the site manager, the www folder in the installation package keeps getting deleted, not the website folder.
