What's the easiest way to get a Free Shipping coupon setup?

I am phasing out free shipping over $75 offer, but my customers will need to be gradually shocked into this, lol, so I want to offer this via a coupon just the month of February. I need a coupon for this, as I want new customers to be charged shipping.
Here's what I have setup now:
Under Marketing | Offers | Create New - Free Shipping
It is pretty obvious what this does, I can set the description, start/end date, the quantity/order total minimums, and a promotional code and I love all the other options. Works great.
My only issue is that I have to *manually* check each and every product over to the free shipping. If I want ALL products to qualify for free shipping if order is $75+, then as I add new products to the site, I have to remember and click them to move them over. Thus, very hard to maintain this offer.
I also tried this:
Under Marketing | Offers | Create New - Shipping
This one looks just like what I need to give ALL products free shipping with a coupon, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. I probably don't understand what type of offer it is? When I enter the coupon in the promotional field, it doesn't give free shipping. I tried -100%, 0, and a few others to get it to subtract the shipping. |

Angela,
There are several issues with offers that I reported as well. What you want is the "Shipping" one. To get it working you need to have two Shipping coupons (with different ids) and the "Do not combine this ..." unchecked. Only the first coupon in the list will work. The second one will be ignored but it's required to get the first one working. This will be fixed in SP2.
Regards, Corneliu. |

Thanks, I tried your suggestion, but still couldn't get a free shipping offer for orders $75+ to work. At least I can get it to work one way, but everytime I add a new product, I have to remember and add it to the list. :) |
