I've come across this bug again and may have figured out why its happening for me.
If MSRP and Site Price (the two prices for customers) are the same, everything is fine.
*However* when I lower Site Price to be lower than my Site Cost, the customer sees my Site Cost (my wholesale price).
I've been seeing this bug happen to me only randomly, and I think the above is the only situations it occurs (Site Price lower than Site Cost). I've tested it out now and believe its switching for some reason to the higher price.
I would like to be able to sell certain things on clearance (below wholesale) without my wholesale price popping up instead. |

Sorry, it is a workflow issue. Go into Options > Workflows > Product Pricing Workflow. Edit this workflow. In there you will see a workflow task that is called "Check for price below cost" Please remove that workflow and you won't have any more issues with this happening. |
