In the Admin > Options > Search
What´s the field "Searchable Property" for.
I suppousse it might be to customize the searching filter fields, but how do you set them up? I only have de "NONE" option selectable.

First, you must set up product types and type properties. Once created, you will need to assign your products to these product types and populate the data for the type properties. Next, under Options > Search, you will notice your type properties now appear in the drop down list. You may use up to ten. Now navigate to the search page on the store. Notice that you can now use these search filters to narrow down your search. |

I should also mention, if you are just creating your store, you should be creating your Product Types and Type Properties before creating your products. This will save you some time in the future if you choose to use the searchable properties feature. |
