One week ago I've wrote about the possibility of a return bug that doesn't send the auto-email for approved o rejected orders.
Until then I thought I could have "broke" any important function of the BV Modules for this to be not-working.



But today the curiosity killed my cats, and I've tried the "returns" in a new site where we've installed the license and the sp1, just like the first one but without customize it; that means: the original site.



In this site I have the same problemm (so I guess it could be a bug, or an unknown setting I'm not finding).



You choose the order to return and you return it; then in the Admin if you approve or reject the order, the auto mail for the client is never send.

As well, I approve and close the return, and if the client choose again the same order... it still has the possibility to return it again...



And I have this problem even if the "Automatically Approve RMA" is enabled or disabled.



Belive me... I have no idea of how to make it work.



If you can give me a hand (as you've always done) I will thank you for ever (here is where I confess than this is the last item I have to config to finish this site).

I haven't been able to get that returns email to send out either.

What is in the content of your return e-mail template?

We're using the default template.


Return Accepted Template - - Plain Text Only:

Your Return request was accepted. The RMA number is [[RMA.Number]]. Please display this number clearly on the outside of the package that you are returning.

[[Site.SiteName]]







Return Rejected Template - - Plain Text Only:



Your Return request was reject. Please reference order number [[RMA.OrderNumber]] if you contact us for more information.

Hmm, that is correct. Are you getting any errors in the event log?

Could this have to do with the returns being processed for a customer that has checked out via the one page checkout rather than going through the process of setting up an account?

I now require everyone to setup an account, and we still can't send emails. Here's our error log when trying to send a Return email (we can send emails out for everything else):

Failure sending mail.[ at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.SendAsync(MailMessage message, Object userToken) at BVSoftware.Bvc5.Core.Utilities.MailServices.SendMail(MailMessage m, Boolean async) ]
