I offer a Buy X get 1 Y free discount. I also have users who get special discounts on all Y items (using a discount coupon). When I Buy X and three Y's I am only getting the 10% discount on the 3 Y's. I am not getting one free Y and then the 10% discount on the remaining 2 Y's. How do I set this up?

In essence what I'm doing here is combining two Offers (Buy X get one Y free) and a (Discount on the price of Y if you order more than 4 Y). When I order X and 4 Y's it works fine. I get one free Y. When I change the number of Y in the cart to 5 I get the discount price for Y but I lose the one free Y I had originally so the total price actually goes up. Is there a way to do this? Check the screenshots below.

Thanks Everett. I was wondering if it had something to do with the Priority Level. The Discounts for 4 or more has a Priority Level of 40 as compared to the Buy X Get One Y Free which is 60. I don't see where the priority level gets set on the Offers page. Looks like it happens automatically and I can't change the order ( see screen shot)

Hi Rick
We have confirmed that there is a bug with the ability to adjust the priority level of offers. I too think that your scenario is not working because of the priority level, so hopefully this will be resolved when we fix this problem. I do not think the bug will be fixed in SP2 Beta 2, but it should be resolved by the final release of SP2.
Thanks,
Everett

Everett, for now I fixed it by going into the bvc_Offers table and changing the Buy One Get One Free from priority 60 to Priority 40 so it hit first before the quantity discount. That will hold me until SP2 comes out.
