Is there a possible way to void an order without permanently deleting it?
We have had some orders that get paid but for some reason the Pending Paypal Express payment doesn't update in the cart automatically, or they pay us manually. Thus, we don't think we get paid so after a month we delete the order. But now I'm finding out they did pay and now we lost the order as there isn't a way to get it back... |

You can create a custom order status of "VOID" under Settings->Orders->Order Status Codes and use that to mark orders as voided.
