I'm trying to imagine for what has been developed the shared choice ... I'm not able to imagine that. Maybe that here the customization required are different from USA ... could anyone give me some example?

A shared choice is set up anticipating that many products will use the same set of choices:
Small,
Medium,
Large
Twenty shirts can 'share' this list. This saves the trouble of building the same list of choices for each of those 20 items. ALSO, if the list needs to change, say to add Extra Large or delete Small, all 20 shirts' lists of choices will change at the same time.
An alternative would be to build a product with choices, then clone it 20 times, then build 20 shirts. Each shirt's choices can now be changed individually. This would be the opposite of 'sharing'. |
