I'm not sure what sorting criteria is used for listing the taxes in the admin, but it isn't anything I can recognize. It should be sorted by Country, State, County, Zip Code in that order.
For other improvements, allow for the editing of county names under country/state and allow for searching for the tax rate so it can be edited easier. |
