Hi,
(Issue in SP1)

I try to move up/down the blocks in <SPAN id=ctl00_MainContent_ContentColumnEditor_lblTitle>System Homepage 3 column and I can't get two of them exchanging places.

The last one and the one before the last don't want to move up/down to exchange them.

I checked the DB and I see the following values in the bvc_ContentBlock:

3 2 Search Box
3 4 Sticky Note
3 8 Last Products Viewed
3 8 Product Rotator

I'm not sure why the last two have both value 8. It might have to do with the fact that blocks were added and removed several times from that column.

I modified the DB and it works ok now. However this should be fixed as it's anoying to have to change the db.
