I've upgraded a new BV5 site from SP1 to SP2 final. And can not get the Protx payment working. It says Http error 404.
Since Protx in BV5 SP1 did not work and required Dll hotfixes I'm hoping that the fixes are still outstanding (missed in Sp2).
I've got one more clue to follow for protx failure, BUT, can we have a BV5 SP2 thread so any new 'features' or behaviour / bugs can be easily discussed?

I thought that when protx started working it was because you were using a blank test url, since there is one that is already built into the payment dll. |

Yeah, in fact, putting in the URL breaks it, which is a bug. Also, since Protx have supplied a different URL, and BV does not show you what its default is, its 100% broke at that point. Wheatever you supply as a replacement URL is bust and is a bug.

I'm not disputing that it is a bug, I was simply trying to tell you how to work around the issue. I am sorry that you are upset, but I hope that your payment gateway is working for you now. |

I'm not upset? Currently Protx are supplying a new URL, not the one that you may be using, but since the system does not show what its using and setting it to the new one Protx now supply, out of the box the payment gateway has, not a failure but an issue that we can't follow the Protx config instructions since it won't work. This means that the new protx url can not be used in BV5 SP2, even though you have added support for such an ocassion.
