On installing SP2, all the styling of my store has disappeared. Have I done something wrong or can I copy in my SP1 themes folder?

SP2 will install overwrite all of the base themes. If you made changes to these themes then it will be overwritten. Did you make simple css changes, or did you actually modify any of the other files inside of the theme? If you only made css changes then you most likely will be able to just copy the CSS FILES ONLY back into the theme folder. Otherwise, if you made changes to the base theme then you are most likely going to need to merge your changes into the new theme updates. We recommend a tool like "Beyond Compare" by scooter software or any merge tool that suits your needs. |
