Hi all,
I'm trying to install BV5 on my own dedi (for the time being) and I am getting the following error during the 'Populating SQL Data' phase of the automatical installation:
"the conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value"
Logic suggested that this might be to do with my regional settings (being UK based, dd/mm/yy) but changing my server to US regional settings resulted in the same error. The error message repeats all down the page in a popup dialogue.
I'm running Windows 2000 Server, IIS 6, MS SQL Server Express 2005.
I've deleted the database completely between tries and still no joy.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I've followed the manual installation instructions and it's worked a charm. Still not sure what caused the problems with the automatic installation but manual instructions were easy to follow and worked fine. |
